Baldwin Contracting and Development, Inc. is a full service excavation contractor locally owned and operated in Richmond, Virginia by a professional staff with over 100 years of combined experience. We perform most items found in division 2 (civil site construction). We perform with our own forces Clearing and Grubbing, Erosion and Sediment Control, Excavation, Storm Drainage, and Water and Sanitary Utilities. We include Site Concrete and Asphalt Paving in our site packages however these items are sub-contracted out, and managed by BCDI.
